Hi Srishty, thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, the piece doesn't say that the corporates are looking at this concept for the very first time. Sustainability as a buzz word has been around for a while, and as you rightly pointed out, firms with EU ambitions started looking at this earlier than a few others. Yet, as a meaningful job/position with a defined mandate, the role is only now getting traction. As the multiple sources quoted suggest, the scramble is real right now, and not something that started 10 years ago- otherwise the teams would have been filled by now.

How a private law school took on the old guard in India
As I have pointed out, it's mostly the students not getting into the Top 5 NLUs opting for JGLS currently.

Hi Rahul, fair points and completely agree with them. Will try and do a story on the larger implications. After all, the student base which goes to the NLUs vs a Jindal is very different. And issues in the former need to be addressed/taken care of separately to not hamper access to education for a large student base.

Hi Biju, tracking the space closely and hopefully you get to read about it in the near future :)

Hi Karan, thanks for your feedback. The privilege, networking and exposure is definitely crucial to the entire model. I have mentioned in the story that recruiters are choosing to opt for well-connected lawyers with exposure, while students often opt for JGLS for the exposure. In the field of legal jobs, access is often the key.

Inside Ola’s lobbying blitz to find a parking spot in India’s policy circles
We usually get called out for being "too harsh" on companies. This is the first time we are being accused of being soft :) On a serious note, I think you're mistaken. We did a very comprehensive story on Ola's scooter issues and the work culture way back in December itself, perhaps when it wasn't glamorous to write about it. We also did a newsletter on the EV fires. Another Nutgraf on Ola's release of user data to target customers. And then the one you mentioned on cab drivers- you can clarify that doubts on that from the author. I've been writing and tracking about the space for the past few months, and trust me, if you go through our work, you'll see in-depth coverage of the industry and the forces shaping them today. In case you have some ideas or tips on stories around Ola or any other company, which you feel is undercovered, please drop me an email and I'll look into it. Have a good day.

Shady operators are manipulating India’s stock market through Twitter
Hi Rohit, thank you for your comment. I am unsure what you mean by the usage of the word inspired, that too in double quotes. I'm sure you know that when news happens, multiple news outlets cover it. All in their own ways, with different focus areas and narratives. We take time to produce a longer, sharper and more insightful takes on news. If you read or plan to read the whole piece, I'm sure you'll find that. Happy reading.

Amara Raja, Exide face tricky tech transition in their Li-ion charge
Hi Suresh, it has high energy density and more availability of raw materials. Yet, there hasn't been any widespread use or commercialisation yet because of high costs of manufacturing and issues in recharging of the cells (among other factors).

Hi Shreedhar, thanks for your suggestions. Will definitely be doing follow-up stories and looking into these angles, and more.

Hi. They've clarified that they are not in talks with Tesla in India, not Tesla globally. Multiple industry sources confirmed to us that they do supply to Tesla USA under a confidential contract.
