It was exciting to attend this discussion. The speakers highlighted the conundrums one might have during the span of their career and how one might tackle them. It feels empowering to see that we are not alone in this journey, and young professionals can look to The Ken's community for guidance.

I think the conversation was quite real and unbiased, got to hear perspectives from guests who had different career lattices. Each one was very honest about their opinions and overall it validated my thought process on how to think above career lattices and treat pivots as opportunities to learn and challenge myself for a rewarding career.

First of all, I would like to thank Ken for organising this talk. This is a topic which needs a lot of discussion in the current environment. There was a good mix of panel members who kept the commentary very engaged. My key takeaway from the session was that irrespective of job roles, the person who can use AI tools the best will march ahead. Thank you once again.
